Key Holder | Outdoor Retail | Lake District | £13.00 - £13.50 per hour We are working with a well-established outdoor retailer to recruit a Key Holder for on of their stores in the Lake District. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail assistant, supervisor or existing Key Holder who enjoys customer service, has an interest in the outdoors and wants to take on more responsibility within a busy retail environment. You'll be hands-on across the store, supporting customers, helping the team and taking responsibility for the store when required. Your responsibilities will include: Opening and closing the store Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge Supporting and motivating the wider team Driving sales and supporting store targets Maintaining high standards across the shop floor Cash handling and banking responsibilities Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed About You We're looking for someone with previous retail experience, ideally as a Key Holder, Supervisor or experienced Sales Assistant. You'll be confident working as part of a team but also comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions when required.
