WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION LINE LEAD 🚨 📍 Mendlesham – CEVA Logistics 💷 £15.66 per hour 🕝 Mon–Thu: 14:30–23:00 | Fri: 14:10–22:40 📅 Full-time | Late Shift We are looking for a reliable and experienced Production Line Lead to join our team. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Lead the day-to-day operation of an automated packing line • Manage product and line changeovers • Respond to line stoppages, jams and operational issues • Complete production records and PC-based data • Verify products, packaging, labels and batch information • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, hygiene and food safety • Support planned maintenance and equipment checks • Guide and support operatives during production • Use PPT and Pallet Stacker in line with site procedures 👷 What We're Looking For: • Production, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics experience • Good attention to detail and communication skills • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, manual handling environment • Confident working around automated machinery • Willing and able to operate PPT and Pallet Stacker This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident working around automated machinery, can lead by example, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity. 📩 Interested in joining the team?
