Insolvency Administrator Doncaster or Sheffield | £22,000–£30,000 DOE | Full-time, office-based An established independent insolvency practice in South Yorkshire is adding two Insolvency Administrators, one to its Doncaster team and one to its Sheffield team. This is a close-knit firm of around 25 people handling 200–300 cases a year. The work is mainly CVLs, and the firm is increasingly winning more complex appointments, including administrations. You'll run a varied caseload with direct access to the IPs and Directors, which is rare at a larger firm. What you'll do: - Manage a varied caseload across corporate and personal insolvency procedures - Prepare statutory reports, notices and correspondence to regulatory deadlines - Support investigations into company conduct and asset realisations - Reconcile case bank accounts and keep case files accurate and audit-ready - Deal with creditors, directors, debtors, banks and legal representatives - Spot risks early and escalate issues to keep cases compliant What they're looking for: - Insolvency experience, ideally around 2 years - Strong attention to detail and confidence with numbers and reconciliations - Good Excel skills, with experience of IPS an advantage - Any exposure to administrations is a bonus - Organised and proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive queries Why apply - A salary of up to £30k depending on experience - A small team where your work gets noticed - Clear room to progress as the firm takes on more complex work Apply now or contact Joel at ECS Recruitment for a confidential conversation
