Commercial Maintenance Plumber – Edinburgh & East Scotland 📍 Edinburgh & East Scotland 💰 Salary up to £40,000 DOE 🚐 Company Van + Fuel Card 🔧 Leading Facilities Management Provider 📄 Permanent, Full-Time FM Search & Select are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Edinburgh and the East of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served plumber with a strong background in commercial maintenance and Facilities Management who is looking for a long-term position with an established business. The Role Working as part of the mobile engineering team, you will be responsible for planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a variety of commercial properties. Your duties will include: * Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance * Fault finding and repairing plumbing systems * Maintenance and repair of taps, toilets, sinks, showers and sanitary ware * Working on pipework, valves, pumps and associated systems * Investigating and repairing leaks * Completing minor installations and remedial works * Carrying out PPM tasks across client sites * Responding to reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs when required * Completing job sheets and updating maintenance systems * Liaising with clients and providing a professional service on site * Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard What We’re Looking For * Time-served / qualified Plumber * Strong commercial plumbing and maintenance experience * Previous experience within FM, Building Services or commercial maintenance would be highly advantageous * Confident working independently across multiple client sites * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Full UK driving licence * Good communication and customer service skills The Package 💰 Salary up to £40,000 DOE 🚐 Company van + fuel card 📍 Edinburgh & East Scotland patch 🔧 Commercial FM contracts 📈 37 hour contract (1pm finish every Friday) 🏢 Established Facilities Management provider Interested in finding out more?
