TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Location: London and surrounding areas Pay: Umbrella Type: Temporary / Contract Start Date: ASAP We are currently looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers to join our temporary engineering team, working across commercial buildings and facilities management sites in and around London. This is a great opportunity for engineers who are happy to work across different sites and are looking for flexible temporary work. THE ROLE • Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance • Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding and repairs • Completing general electrical and mechanical building maintenance • Supporting site teams with day to day maintenance requirements • Completing PPM schedules and maintenance checks • Working across different sites in and around London • Moving between sites on a weekly basis depending on requirements • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing relevant paperwork ABOUT YOU • Level 3 qualified Maintenance Engineer • Previous commercial building maintenance or facilities management experience • Strong PPM and reactive maintenance experience • Confident working independently across different sites • Flexible and happy to work at different locations each week • Good communication and customer service skills • Reliable and available for temporary assignments WHAT'S ON OFFER • Temporary contract opportunities • Paid via Umbrella • No limit on company or site type • Work available across London and surrounding areas • Different sites available on a weekly basis • ASAP starts available • Opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of commercial environments If you're a Level 3 qualified Maintenance Engineer and are looking for temporary work across London, we'd like to hear from you
