We’re Recruiting | Divisional HR Assistant Main Purpose of the Role Denholm Industrial Services (DIS) is looking for an organised and proactive Divisional HR Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support across the business. Supporting two HR Advisors across multiple sites, you will play an important role in the effective day-to-day delivery of HR services. You will act as a key point of contact for general HR queries, support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day administrative support to two HR Advisors across multiple sites * Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and personnel files in accordance with data protection requirements * Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding packs and other HR documentation * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-employment checks and new-starter arrangements * Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate communication and interview coordination * Ensure HR processes and documentation are applied consistently across all locations * Coordinate communication between operational sites and the HR team * Manage the HR inbox and respond to general queries promptly and professionally * Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, absence and employee turnover * Monitor HR metrics, important dates and administrative deadlines * Assist with documentation relating to disciplinary, grievance and absence-management processes * Attend meetings and take accurate notes when required * Travel to operational sites as required Salary and Working Hours * Salary: £28,000 per annum * Working hours: 39 hours per week Benefits * 7.5% employer pension contribution * Life insurance * Private medical insurance after two years’ service Please note that any offer of employment will be subject to the successful completion of the required security-clearance process, including BPSS and SC clearance
