Salary: £22 per hour + van & fuel Job Type: Full-time We're looking for a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team, carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. This is a great opportunity for a reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping to keep homes safe, comfortable and well maintained for residents. The Role: You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of plastering repairs in occupied social housing properties, including: Internal plaster repairs and patching Skimming and rendering Repairing damaged walls and ceilings Making good following plumbing, electrical and other maintenance works Preparing surfaces and ensuring a high-quality finish Working respectfully and professionally in residents' homes Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship About You: Has proven experience as a Plasterer Has previous social housing or housing maintenance experience Holds Level 2 NVQ Is confident working in occupied properties Takes pride in delivering a quality finish Is reliable, friendly and approachable Has good communication and customer service skills Can work independently and manage a busy workload Holds a full UK driving licence Ready to bring your plastering expertise to a role that makes a real difference in people's homes
