DDM Health delivers council-backed healthy weight and lifestyle programmes across London Boroughs of Havering and Barking and Dagenham . We are looking for a friendly, confident, and committed individual to engage with residents in town centres, community events, and local venues, helping connect people with free health and wellbeing services. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in their community, with opportunities to grow into service delivery and leadership roles. Key Responsibilities * Provide one-to-one and group support using motivational interviewing and behaviour change techniques * Engage with members of the public in busy community settings * Promote healthy living and local weight management services * Support individuals through health coaching and digital engagement tools * Distribute promotional materials and health information * Record basic engagement information and signpost residents to relevant services * Act as a positive ambassador for public health initiatives About You * Nutrition certification required * Ideally you will have a couple of years experienc ein the industry * Passionate about health, wellbeing, and supporting others * Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with the public * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Organised, with the ability to maintain accurate records * Experience or interest in health, nutrition, education, or community work is desirable * Training in health coaching or behaviour change is beneficial but not essential What We Offer * Travel and mileage expenses * Full induction and on-the-job training * Ongoing mentoring and support For more information please send in your CV
