Location: Cheltenham Job Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: 9 Months Start Date: ASAP ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a 9-month care home project in Cheltenham. We are looking for a Site Manager with a strong background in main contracting and new-build construction to manage the day-to-day delivery of the project. The Role * Managing the day-to-day running of the site * Coordinating subcontractors and site teams * Managing site logistics and programme * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality * Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client * Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management * Managing health & safety and site documentation Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager * Strong main contracting background * New-build experience * Care home, healthcare or residential experience is desirable * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid * Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures * Experience managing subcontractors and site teams This is a 9-month freelance opportunity based in Cheltenham.
