Location: Coventry Job Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: 14 Months Start Date: ASAP ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a 14-month leisure centre project in Coventry. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong main contracting background to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project. The Role * Managing the day-to-day running of the site * Coordinating subcontractors and site teams * Managing site logistics and programme * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality * Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client * Monitoring progress against programme * Managing health & safety and site documentation * Ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the project Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager * Strong main contracting experience * Experience on leisure, commercial, public-sector or similar projects desirable * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid * Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures * Experience managing subcontractors and site teams * Excellent communication and organisational skills This is a 14-month freelance opportunity based in Coventry, offering a long-term position on a major leisure centre project
