Job Description: Responsible for structural strength analysis and optimization of nacelles (inlet, fan cowl, thrust reverser, nozzle, mounting joints, EBU, etc.), including static strength, fatigue and damage tolerance, vibration, and impact analysis, along with writing report documentation. Responsible for airworthiness compliance design and verification of nacelle subsystems, as well as strength requirement definition and management. Support trial manufacturing and quality acceptance of nacelle system parts and components. Support assembly and engine testing of nacelle systems. Responsible for strength test planning, test specimen design, and testing progress across all nacelle levels, supporting test specimen trial production. Responsible for establishing and improving the nacelle strength technical system, including drafting structural design standards, calibrating strength analysis methods, improving design workflows, and establishing CAE standards. Responsible for model validation and calibration method research based on test results. Responsible for summarizing technical experience in nacelle structures and strength, compiling training materials, and participating in academic exchanges. Qualifications: Master's degree or above preferred (outstanding bachelor's degree holders considered); 3+ years of experience as a stress/strength engineer. Majors in Mechanics, Aircraft Design, Aeroengine, Gas Turbine, etc. Technical knowledge in mechanics of materials/structures/vibration/composites, engine principles, mechanical design/manufacturing, engineering materials, etc.; background in fatigue testing or vibration testing preferred. Proficient in at least one FEA pre/post-processing and solver software e.g., HyperMesh, MSC.Patran , Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys; software secondary development and programming skills preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Skilled in summarizing technical experience and writing technical reports or papers. Experience as a strength engineer in aviation institutes preferred; experience leading research or engineering projects preferred. Aviation industry background required; experience in strength analysis and test verification required. Candidates must be willing to live and work in Shanghai for 1-3 years initial contract
