Welder Fabricator, Temp to Perm, £18.50 per hour CIS, Workshop and sites across the Edinburgh area Benefits * Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects. * £18.50 per hour paid via CIS. * OT pay rate of £23.75 per hour * Holiday entitlement accrued after 6 months. * Mix of workshop-based and site-based work. * Opportunity to work on varied structural and hygienic fabrication projects. * Interview and workshop tour provided as part of the recruitment process. Responsibilities * Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday 8:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Thursday 7:00am–5:30pm, Friday 7:00am–4:30pm * MIG and TIG welding across stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and carbon steel. * Welding stainless steel pipework and 8-inch carbon pipework. * Fabricating platforms, handrails, tanks, silos, conveyors, nuts and bolts. * Working on both heavy structural projects and hygienic applications. * Reading and working accurately from technical drawings. * Completing fabrication and welding work to a high standard in both workshop and site environments. Requirements * Proven fabrication experience. * Strong MIG and TIG welding skills. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Experience working with different metals, including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and carbon steel. * Full UK driving licence is essential. * Ability to work safely and independently across workshop and site environments
