Quality Inspector Ferndown Up to £20ph   We’re recruiting for a Quality Inspector to join a well-established engineering business in Ferndown, supporting work within an aerospace environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, understands regulated standards, and is confident working with precision components.   The role: As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be responsible for inspecting components and assemblies to ensure they meet strict aerospace standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining quality compliance across the shop floor.   Day-to-day responsibilities: Carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspection of components Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Using a range of inspection tools and measuring equipment Recording inspection results and completing documentation Supporting non-conformance investigations and corrective actions  What they’re looking for: Previous experience as a Quality Inspector within an aerospace environment Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances Confident using manual inspection tools (e.g. verniers, micrometers, gauges) Good attention to detail and a methodical approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team  What’s on offer: Up to £20 per hour Overtime paid at time and a half Ferndown location Opportunity to work within a high-spec, quality-driven environment  If you’re an experienced Quality Inspector who wants to be part of a business that values precision, people, and progress, get in touch.
