Your role will entail: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests. - Accurately enter customer information and update records in the company database. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals. - Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers. - Follow established procedures for handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary. - Provide product recommendations and assist with order placement or modifications. - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. what we are looking for: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet. - Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
