ELECTRICIAN – SOUTHAMPTON ⚡ 💰 Up to £43,000 + Van & Fuel Card 📍 Southampton & surrounding areas ⏰ 40 hours per week 📄 Permanent, Full-Time 🏠 Social Housing / Voids We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy Voids Team, carrying out electrical works to empty social housing properties and getting homes safe, compliant and ready for new tenants. The role will include: 🔧 Electrical testing & inspections ⚡ Fault finding and repairs 🏠 Electrical installations & upgrades 💡 Making void properties safe and compliant 📋 Completing works to a high standard and helping reduce void turnaround times You’ll need: ✅ NVQ / AM2 or equivalent ✅ 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent ✅ Current 18th Edition ✅ Full UK Driving Licence ✅ Social housing / void experience advantageous The role will predominantly cover Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury and surrounding areas, with occasional work around Portsmouth and Guildford.
