Maths Teacher – Ash, Surrey Location: Ash, Surrey Position: Maths Teacher Contract: Full-time / Part-time Start Date: ASAP Salary: £150–£220 per day, depending on experience and qualifications Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Ash, Surrey, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to develop their career within a supportive school environment. The Role As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for: Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 Supporting students to develop their mathematical knowledge and confidence Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Maths department Contributing to the wider life of the school The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Have experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting Have a strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum Be passionate about supporting students to achieve their potential Have excellent classroom management skills Be reliable, enthusiastic and committed to their role Be able to build positive relationships with students and staff ECTs are welcome to apply, with support available throughout your placement.
