You will manage live occupied site operations, direct specialist sub-contractors, and ensure strict compliance with PAS standards, safety regulations, and project delivery schedules across the Enfield framework. Multi-Measure Supervision: Oversee installations of External Wall Insulation (EWI systems), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), loft insulation, window/door upgrades, and ventilation systems (e.g., humidistat extractor fans). Sub-contractor Management: Coordinate specialist external trades, scaffolding sub-contractors, and supply chain logistics to achieve weekly handover targets. Occupied Estate Logistics: Maintain exceptional resident relations, minimizing disruption while enforcing strict safety protocols in live domestic environments. Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections and task sign-offs, ensuring full adherence to RAMS, CDM regulations, and PAS quality standards. Mandatory Requirements & Experience: SHDF Experience: Essential proven track record as a Site Manager delivering Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) or large-scale energy-efficiency retrofit schemes. Mobility: Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle. Certifications: CSCS Card (Black/Gold Manager Card preferred), SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of EWI/IWI systems, external envelopes, scaffolding safety, and building pathology. Resident Focus: Strong communication skills for managing tenant access, resident queries, and client liaison.
