Data Analyst SQL | BI | Commercial Analytics Gateshead | Hybrid | Up to £55,000 Picture joining a growing e-commerce business where you’ll have the opportunity to shape how data is used across the company. The business already has data across sales, customers, marketing and operations. Now they’re looking for someone to take ownership of the data function, improve the existing setup and build the processes needed as the business continues to grow. You’ll work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales and Operations, as well as the Senior Data Engineer, giving you exposure across the wider business. The Role You’ll take ownership of the data and reporting function, helping build the processes and structure around how the business uses data. * Build dashboards and reporting in Omni, using SQL to analyse sales, customer and marketing data * Develop commercial reporting across ROAS, CPA, acquisition, sales and customer behaviour * Improve existing data processes, automate manual reporting and help build better ways of working * Work with the Senior Data Engineer to improve data quality and create trusted datasets * Partner with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales and Operations to turn data into insight and support commercial decisions You’ll suit this role if you have strong SQL and BI experience, enjoy working with stakeholders and want the ownership to shape and improve a growing data function. Experience with Omni, Looker, e-commerce or marketing data would be useful. The attraction here is the ownership. You’ll join while the data function is still developing, giving you the chance to shape the processes, improve reporting and have a real impact on how the business uses data.
