Customer Service Administrator Location: Cowley, Uxbridge Salary: £12.71 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: ASAP About the Role Our client, a well-established construction company based in Cowley, Uxbridge, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong administrative skills looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently Scheduling engineers and coordinating appointments Liaising with internal teams to ensure work is completed on time Updating customer records and maintaining accurate system information Managing administrative tasks and supporting the wider team Providing excellent customer service at all times Skills and Experience Previous customer service and administration experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Experience within construction, maintenance, housing, or engineering environments would be advantageous but not essential Benefits Monday to Friday working hours Opportunity to join a reputable construction company Temp-to-perm opportunity Supportive and friendly working environment Immediate start availableTo apply, please contact Adecco or submit your application today.
