QUANTITY SURVEYOR SOUTH LONDON Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus Skilled Careers are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Special Projects division of an established Main Contractor, working on an exciting fire cladding replacement project in South London. This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor who wants to work on a specialist project while joining a business that offers genuine long-term career progression. The Opportunity Quantity Surveyor position within a growing Special Projects division South London-based project Major fire cladding replacement/remediation scheme Work closely with the project and commercial teams Strong exposure to specialist refurbishment and remediation works Clear progression opportunities within the Main Contractor Competitive package up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus About You I’m keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally with a background in: Refurbishment / fit-out Cladding / façade / remediation Specialist projects Commercial management Subcontractor procurement and management Valuations, variations, cost control and final accounts You don't necessarily need to have worked specifically on cladding remediation — strong Main Contractor QS experience and the right commercial mindset are key.
