Warehouse Operative Location: Worcester, Working Hours: Need to work weekends, 8-hour shifts Start Time: Flexible start between 7:00am and 11:00am Weekend Work: Occasional weekend work may be required About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Stone. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, has a strong work ethic and takes pride in maintaining a safe, organised and productive warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities * Receiving and checking incoming deliveries * Picking and packing customer orders accurately * Loading and unloading goods safely * Moving stock around the warehouse * Preparing orders for dispatch * Checking goods for quantity and quality * Maintaining accurate stock records * Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised * Following company health and safety procedures * Working effectively as part of a team * Carrying out other general warehouse duties as required About You The ideal candidate will: * Have previous warehouse experience, although full training can be provided * Be reliable, punctual and hardworking * Have good attention to detail * Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling * Be able to work independently and as part of a team * Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn * Be flexible and available to work occasional weekends when required Working Hours * Monday to Friday * 8-hour shifts * Flexible start time between 7:00am and 11:00am * Occasional weekend work may be required depending on business needs What We Offer * Full training and support * A friendly and supportive working environment * Opportunities to develop within the business * Flexible start times * Stable Monday-to-Friday working pattern * Competitive salary, depending on experience
