Order Fulfilment Operative Location: West Hull Village Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Join a Friendly, Family-Run Business We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run production business based in a West Hull village. Renowned for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where attention to detail and pride in your work are truly valued. Due to the rural location of the site, applicants must have their own transport. The Role As an Order Fulfilment Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and dispatched to the highest standards. Working within a busy production environment, you'll be responsible for processing orders efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, prepare and pack customer orders Complete order documentation and customer records accurately Ensure products are packaged to a high standard before dispatch Carry out quality checks to ensure order accuracy Support production and fulfilment activities as required Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines Undertake other duties as required to support the wider operation About You We're looking for someone who: Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work Is reliable, punctual and has a positive attitude Enjoys working as part of a team Is comfortable completing paperwork and handling customer information accurately Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Has their own transport due to the business locationPrevious experience within order fulfilment, production, packing, warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
