Working closely with event leads, you will manage multiple projects, coordinate suppliers, liaise with clients, and contribute to seamless event delivery both in the office and on-site. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of multiple brand event projects simultaneously Scout and source suitable event venues Source, negotiate with, and manage a wide range of suppliers Assist with budget planning and management Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Prepare event documentation and presentations Support on-site event management and delivery Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners Skills and Expertise: Some experience within brand events Exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities Experience in venue sourcing and supplier management Budget management experience Client-facing communication skills Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Benefits: Flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days office, 2 days home) Opportunity to work with an experienced and supportive team Exposure to a variety of exciting brand event projects Choice of freelance or full-time engagement Collaborative and creative working environment
