Location: Corby, Northants Salary: Up to £31k Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 Hybrid work rota 3 days onsite 2 remote Join Arvato as a Service Delivery Specialist! Are you passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and ensuring service excellence? Arvato is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Corby. In this role, you’ll act as a key link between clients, internal warehouse teams and operational functions, helping to ensure service commitments are met while continuously driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery. Your tasks * Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related, logistical and operational queries which will arrise via JIRA tickets and emails. * Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs. * Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. * Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery. * Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement. * Produce customer reports and communicate performance updates. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects. Experience * Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role is essential. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail. * Good analytical and reporting abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. * Experience within logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is ideally sought.
