Permanent, Full-Time Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, Annual Leave, Pension Scheme About the Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join a growing social housing maintenance team in Liverpool. This is a permanent opportunity working on void properties, helping to prepare homes for refurbishment and reoccupation. The successful candidate will support trades teams and carry out strip-out and demolition works across a portfolio of social housing properties, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Carry out strip-out works within void properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and fixtures. * Undertake light demolition works as required. * Remove waste and debris from properties, ensuring sites are kept clean and safe. * Assist skilled tradespeople with refurbishment and maintenance activities. * Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. * Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations. * Report any property defects, hazards, or issues to supervisors. * Travel between properties across Liverpool and surrounding areas. Requirements * Previous experience as a Labourer, Demolition Operative, or General Operative within construction, maintenance, or social housing. * Experience carrying out strip-out and demolition works. * Good understanding of health and safety procedures. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record. * Full UK Driving Licence with a clean driving record (essential). * CSCS Card desirable but not essential.
