We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead two small specialist services in Winsford. The services support a combined total of 16 adults with acquired brain injuries, mental health needs and other complex needs. Located just eight minutes apart, this is a genuine multi-site role with manageable travel and strong support in place. This is an opportunity to lead quality-led services, develop capable teams and ensure the people supported receive safe, person-centred care. The role. As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of both services. You will lead teams to deliver high clinical standards, maintain CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with families, external professionals and commissioners, ensuring the people supported remain central to every decision. Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating and developing teams across both services. Maintaining safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Ensuring ongoing compliance with CQC requirements and relevant legislation. Managing staffing, rotas, budgets and resources effectively. Monitoring quality, risk, safeguarding and clinical governance. Driving improvement plans and embedding best practice. Building positive relationships with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals. Supporting a positive culture where colleagues feel accountable, valued and developed. About you. You will be a confident and visible clinical leader with experience managing regulated care services. You will bring: NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. At least five years’ post-registration experience. Previous management experience within a regulated care setting. Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and clinical governance. Experience supporting people with complex needs, ideally including acquired brain injury and mental health. The ability to manage budgets, staffing and service performance. A practical, approachable leadership style with high standards for care quality.
