Maintenance Plumber City of London £40,000 - £45,000 We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a large building services provider, working in-house across a portfolio of commercial properties in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable contract with long-term prospects, a supportive team environment and a 100% commercially focused role. Key Duties: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems Attending reactive call-outs across multiple commercial sites Fault-finding and repairing pipework, toilets, taps and general water systems Basic maintenance on heating systems (desirable but not essential) Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards Providing excellent service to clients and site contacts Working across a 100% commercial portfolio, with no domestic work Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) Proven experience in commercial maintenance environments Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence Good communication and customer-facing skills A professional and reliable approach to in-house maintenance Package: £40,000 - £45,000 salary 36-hour working week Monday to Friday working In-house, commercial-based role Company van provided Fuel card provided Fantastic company pension Overtime opportunities available Ongoing training and development Long-term, stable employment Supportive working environment If you're a reliable Maintenance Plumber looking for a stable, in-house commercial role in the City of London, offering a 36-hour working week, excellent pension, company van, overtime opportunities and long-term prospects, apply today to find out more.
