This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll experience who enjoys working with clients, managing deadlines, and developing their technical knowledge within a collaborative environment. You will gain exposure to all aspects of payroll processing, take ownership of client relationships, and benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities, with scope to progress and take on increased responsibility over time. The role: Processing payrolls from start to finish  Managing payroll submissions and ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements. Acting as the main point of contact for payroll clients, responding to queries professionally and efficiently. Building strong working relationships and understanding clients' business needs. Managing workloads effectively to meet strict deadlines, particularly during busy periods. Supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team culture. Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and industry developments. Assisting clients with upcoming regulatory changes and payroll-related matters. The person: At least two years' payroll experience. Experience managing multiple payrolls and prioritising workloads effectively. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Experience dealing directly with clients and handling payroll queries. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work. A genuine interest in developing a career within payroll.
