I'm recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a global credit insurance leader in Dublin. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business in the Irish market, both direct and through a broker/introducer network. What you'll be doing Prospecting, structuring and closing credit insurance opportunities Building strong relationships with decision-makers and intermediaries Owning and developing a healthy sales pipeline (CRM-led) Negotiating commercial terms and delivering a "right first time" customer experience Raising market awareness and representing the brand in Ireland What we're looking for Proven new business track record and ability to hit targets Experience in insurance / credit / financial services (or similar solution sales) Confident negotiator with strong closing skills Strong CRM discipline and reporting capability Full driving licence required What's on offer Competitive salary + commission Strong benefits package (pension, health cover, life assurance, income protection) Training and development in an international environment Message me for the full job spec and a confidential conversation.
