Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Day & Night Cover HCAs are required to provide both day and night cover, with all shifts being 12 hours in duration. Required Skills & Experience * Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and seizure management, including the safe administration of rescue medication. * Experience providing personal care and supporting individuals with daily living needs. * Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities. * Experience working in accordance with behaviour support plans and implementing agreed strategies consistently. * Previous experience within learning disability and mental health settings is strongly preferred
