Service Scheduler  £26,000 - £29,000 P/A  Havant  Full time | Permanent | Monday to Friday  Do you have strong administration and scheduling/planning/coordination experience?  Are you looking for a full time, permanent position?  Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Service Scheduler to join their team. The main purpose of this Service Scheduler role is to schedule works for the businesses engineers.  In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,000 P/A, depending on experience. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday.  Reporting to the Service Manager your responsibilities will include: Effectively scheduling engineers to attend service and remedial works Providing customers with RAMS and all relevant works documentation Acting as a first point of contact for customers answering all queries thoroughly Ordering parts and raising purchase orders  Producing reporting on upcoming jobs and contract activities to support forecasting requirements.  The ideal candidate: Must have strong administration experience and some sort of scheduling/planning/coordination experience Will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  Must be a great problem-solver with a customer-focused attitude  For more information on our Service Scheduler role, please contact Abby in the Attega Group offices today
