Engineering Tutor – Level 3 Milling | Turning | CNC Full-time | Permanent | On-site Salary £36,000 t0 £38,000 Are you an experienced engineering professional who enjoys sharing knowledge and shaping future talent? Our client is seeking a skilled Engineering Tutor to deliver high‑quality Level 3 training in a hands‑on workshop environment. Your primary role * Deliver engaging Level 3 tuition in: * Manual Milling * Manual Turning * CNC Milling & Turning * Support learners to develop practical, industry‑ready skills * Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment * Assess progress, give clear feedback, and support learner achievement Desirable delivery & quality areas * Maintenance Engineering * Inspection & Quality * Health & Safety and Communication * Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) – supporting assessment quality, standardisation and awarding‑body requirements What we’re looking for * Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent, on the job training available). * TAQA / CAVA (or equivalent, on the job training available). * Relevant Level 3+ engineering qualification * GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4+) * Strong industry experience and excellent communication skills * A genuine passion for developing learners and maintaining high standards What we offer * Permanent, full‑time role * Company pension * A rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on learners’ futures * Supportive, quality‑focused training environment Work Location: In person Safeguarding: Enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks required
