Residential Support Worker – Children's Residential Home Location: Stourbridge Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Shifts: Long Days, Mornings & Nights – Flexible Availability We are currently looking for Residential Support Workers to join a lovely children's residential home in Stourbridge, supporting children and young people in a safe, caring and supportive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference to their day-to-day lives. About the Home The home provides a welcoming environment where children and young people are supported with their care, development and individual needs. The setting has beautiful outdoor spaces, including gardens and a farm, giving the children opportunities to spend time outdoors, take part in activities and enjoy a hands-on environment.
