We are 4Life Direct - a direct provider of life and non-life insurance. Since 2008, we’ve been helping clients across Europe protect what matters most, and for over 7 years, we have proudly served the Czech and Slovak markets. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Prague sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, mentoring team leaders, and making strategic decisions to meet and exceed business targets. We seek a dynamic leader who is decisive, adaptable, and not afraid to make tough choices. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage call centre sales operations, ensuring efficiency and performance * Set and execute sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, growing active policies, and increasing premium income * Implement new incentive schemes to boost performance * Control departmental costs while maintaining high productivity * Support, encourage, and coach team leaders on a daily and monthly basis * Identify and address training needs, ensuring employee development aligns with company goals * Recruit and select top talent, proactively growing and strengthening the team What We Expect From You: * Proven leadership experience * Proven ability to analyse data, predict trends, and drive sales growth * Resilient and solution-oriented - you thrive under pressure and adapt quickly * Experience managing a telesales team, implementing sales strategies, and driving change * Knowledge of life insurance sales is a plus * Czech or Slovak language skills are preferred but not essential * A natural leader who is energetic, creative, inspires, motivates, and builds strong team cohesion while ensuring accountability * Willingness and availability to travel frequently to the Prague branch What You’ll Gain: * Exciting challenges in an international environment * Competitive salary, plus performance-based bonuses * Home-based role, with travel to the Prague office as required
