The Opportunity As a Site Agent, you will take a leading role in the successful delivery of the project, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You'll be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing resources and working closely with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project progressing effectively. The role will require someone who can take ownership on site, make informed decisions and provide strong leadership across the project team. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in civil engineering and major infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ideally have: Proven experience working in a Site Agent or similar site management position A strong background in civil engineering Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects Strong leadership and team management skills The ability to manage resources, programmes and day-to-day site operations Strong understanding of health and safety requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience within renewable energy or Battery Energy Storage projects would be highly advantageous Why Consider This Opportunity?
