We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanic to join an established and busy business based in Eastbourne. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Mechanic looking for a permanent position where you can use your technical knowledge and practical skills in a hands-on environment. What's On Offer? Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 pa, DOE Job Type: Full time, permanent Location: Eastbourne Key Responsibilities Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs Diagnosing mechanical faults and identifying the cause of issues Completing routine inspections and preventative maintenance Using diagnostic equipment and mechanical tools safely and effectively Carrying out repairs to a high standard and within agreed timescales Maintaining accurate records of work completed Ensuring all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety requirements Keeping the workshop and working areas clean and organised Skills & Experience Required Previous experience working as a Mechanic or in a similar mechanical role Strong mechanical knowledge and practical hands-on skills Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical faults Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures If you're an experienced Mechanic looking for a permanent opportunity in Eastbourne, we'd love to hear from you!
