Private Personal Assistant Location: OX25 area Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week, with a flexible working pattern to be agreed Working arrangement: Hybrid Rate: Circa £30 per hour The opportunity We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Private PA to support a busy family at an exciting time! Alongside managing the details of family life, you will help coordinate a substantial property renovation project, making this a varied role with plenty to get involved in. You will be someone who enjoys taking initiative, bringing structure to a busy schedule and ensuring that plans move forward. The family is looking for a capable, discreet person they can trust to take ownership of tasks and follow them through. Key responsibilities * Manage day-to-day life administration, correspondence, appointments and important deadlines. * Arrange family holidays and travel, including bookings, itineraries and practical details. * Assist with school-related administration, including school fees. * Coordinate property matters and liaise with suppliers, contractors and other professionals. * Provide organisational support for a substantial property renovation, helping to track appointments, decisions, timelines and outstanding actions. * Keep accurate records and ensure tasks are completed promptly. About you * Previous Private PA experience is essential. * You are proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently. * You have excellent organisational skills and can manage several priorities at once. * You communicate clearly and build effective relationships with a range of people. * You bring sound judgement, attention to detail and complete discretion to your work, along with a positive ‘can do’ attitude! The role is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexible hours to be agreed. Hybrid working is available, combining time at the family’s property in the OX25 area with remote work. Full time equivalent salary - 37.5 hours per week - £58,500
