BMS Project Manager - Central London Location: Central London - Hybrid Salary: £65,000-£75,000 + bonus + car/car allowance + benefits Job Type: Full Time, Permanent The Opportunity We are working with a leading UK Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist that is continuing to expand its Central London projects team. They are looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of projects across London, working with established clients, an experienced engineering team and a strong pipeline of upcoming work. This is an excellent opportunity for an established BMS professional who can confidently manage projects from initial handover through to commissioning and completion, while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial control. The Role As BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple BMS projects across London, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high technical standard. You will work closely with clients, project engineers, subcontractors and internal teams, taking overall responsibility for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage BMS projects from initial handover through to commissioning and final completion Produce and maintain project programmes, budgets and resource plans Lead project engineers, site teams and subcontractors Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery Monitor project costs, risks, performance and programme milestones Identify and manage variations and additional commercial opportunities Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and company procedures Support and develop engineers within the project team Produce and maintain project documentation and reporting What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering BMS projects at Project Manager level Strong technical knowledge of BMS/control systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider or similar Experience managing projects, budgets, programmes and engineering resources Strong commercial awareness, including variations and cost control Ability to manage multiple clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence Package & Benefits £65,000-£75,000 basic salary Annual bonus scheme Company car scheme, including EV options, or monthly car allowance Private medical insurance 6% employer pension contribution 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Option to purchase up to 5 additional days' holiday Life assurance - 4x annual salary Cycle to Work Scheme Hybrid working Ongoing training and development Clear career progression within a growing BMS business If you're an experienced BMS Project Manager looking for your next opportunity in Central London, get in touch to discuss the position in confidence
