The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Commercial Property Paralegal to join a busy and well-established team. The successful candidate will support fee earners across a broad range of commercial property transactions, with the opportunity to develop their own caseload under supervision. Duties will include: Supporting fee earners across a range of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion Drafting and assisting with commercial property documentation, including CPSE replies, licences, transfer deeds and completion documents Reviewing title documents, searches and planning information and assisting with due diligence Assisting with Reports on Title and identifying key property issues Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders and other third parties Managing transaction timetables and ensuring key deadlines are met Assisting with post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications Providing a high level of client service and maintaining strong professional relationships Supporting colleagues and contributing to the wider success of the Commercial Property teamThis Commercial Property Paralegal position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Requirements Over a years' experience as a Paralegal within a Commercial Property team Good understanding of commercial property transactions and processes Experience drafting ancillary commercial property documentation Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systemsVacancy Highlights Hybrid working Structured career development pathway CILEX exam support and sponsorship opportunities Potential future consideration for a training contractTo be considered for this Commercial Property Paralegal opportunity, please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
