Warranty Manager 📌 Based in Preston or Colne | Travel Between Sites Required 💷 £32,000 Basic Salary | OTE £40,000 💼 Full-Time | Permanent Our client is looking for an experienced Warranty Manager to oversee warranty operations across two sites. The successful candidate will manage warranty processes, support Aftersales teams and ensure consistently strong audit performance. 🔧 The Role You’ll be responsible for overseeing warranty operations across both locations, ensuring processes are managed effectively and in line with manufacturer requirements. 📝 Key Responsibilities Manage warranty processes across both sites Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements Support Aftersales teams with warranty processes and queries Maintain accurate and efficient warranty administration Prepare for and support Manufacturer and Extended Warranty audits Monitor audit performance and ensure required standards are achieved Travel between Preston and Colne as required Work closely with Aftersales teams to maintain strong warranty performance📊 What We're Looking For Previous experience within an automotive warranty role Strong understanding of warranty processes and requirements Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage warranty operations across multiple sites Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience preparing for or managing warranty audits Ability to work independently while supporting wider Aftersales teams✨ What's On Offer? £32,000 basic salary OTE of £40,000 Bonus applies to both Preston and Colne audits Manufacturer and Extended Warranty audit opportunities Role can be primarily based at either Preston or Colne Opportunity to take ownership of warranty operations across multiple sitesIf you're an experienced automotive Warranty Manager looking for a new opportunity with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
