We are seeking an experienced Van Technician to join a reputable main dealer in Northampton. This is a full-time Van Technician position offering excellent earning potential and career progression within a well-established dealership. The Van Technician will be an integral part of a dedicated team, working in a modern, fully equipped workshop with advanced diagnostic tools and manufacturer support. Benefits: Competitive basic salary of £33,600 with attractive bonus potential, OTE £52,800. Uncapped bonus scheme, with the average earning between £40,000 and £45,000, and top earners exceeding £58,000. 30 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service. Perform routine vehicle health checks and diagnostics. Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality work and professional communication. Maintain safety and quality procedures at all times. Keep technical knowledge current through manufacturer training. Contribute to workshop productivity and efficiency.Requirements: NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a Van Technician. Full UK driving licence. Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagnostic equipment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential).
