Sue Ross Recruitment are looking to recruit a temporary Project Administrator on behalf of a well-established technical organisation, providing administrative support across a range of engineering and technical projects. This is a varied temporary opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working with people, managing documentation and supporting busy project teams. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and maintaining project documentation and records * Preparing engineering and project packs * Setting up and maintaining project folders * Filing and archiving project information * Arranging travel and accommodation for engineers * Taking meeting minutes and supporting project reporting * Liaising with engineers and internal departments * Providing general administrative support as required The ideal candidate will have: * Strong administration and organisational skills * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * The ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication skills * A proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team If you are immediately available and looking for a temporary opportunity through to the end of November 2026, we would be delighted to hear from you.
