This job is specifically for people who have convictions** CSCS Cleaner Location: Newcastle, Cramlington & Amble Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Salary: £12.80 per hour Hours: 15–20 hours per week Introduction Our client is a facilities management company working across projects in Newcastle, Cramlington and Amble. They are looking for a reliable CSCS Construction Cabin Cleaner to help maintain clean, hygienic and welcoming site facilities for construction teams. Objectives As a CSCS Construction Cabin Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across site offices, welfare facilities, canteens and communal areas, ensuring they are kept to a high standard throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities As a CSCS Construction Cabin Cleaner, your duties will include: * Cleaning management cabins, offices and meeting rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and emptying bins * Cleaning and sanitising welfare facilities, including toilets, changing rooms and shower areas * Cleaning canteen areas, including microwaves, fridges, floors, tables, kitchen surfaces and bins * Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when stock needs to be replenished * Maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe environment across the site * Following all site health, safety and PPE procedures Requirements - What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: * A valid CSCS card - this is essential * Previous commercial, construction site or industrial cleaning experience is preferred * Good attention to detail * Reliable and punctual approach to work * Ability to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards * Good awareness of health and safety requirements * Ability to follow site PPE and safety procedures * Suitable workwear and safety footwear Working Hours * 15–20 hours per week * Working days and hours to be confirmed Benefits * Part-time, permanent position * £12.80 per hour * Supportive working environment * Opportunity for ongoing employment with a local employer If you are reliable, hardworking and have a valid CSCS card, we would like to hear from you.
