Temporary Administrator - DBS checked Temporary, ASAP start until end of December Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm * Please note, due to rural location, your own transport is essential * A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a busy Admissions team on a temporary basis to start ASAP covering through to the end of the year. You'll be joining the team at a particularly busy time, working closely with the Admissions Lead to process applications from prospective pupils and families. The role is fast-paced and highly structured and requires someone who is confident and comfortable with a high volume of detailed Excel spreadsheet work. Key responsibilities: Managing all admissions paperwork and documentation for pupils joining the school Supporting open days and welcoming prospective families Processing and reviewing healthcare plans submitted with applications Accurately inputting and maintaining data across pre-set spreadsheets, tracking applications from enquiry through to enrolment General administrative support to the Admissions teamAbout You Previous experience in a school admissions or school administration role is desirable, but not essential Confident, accurate administrators with strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply Comfortable working with high volumes of data in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Own transport required due to the school's location A current DBS (ideally on the update service) or having previously held a DBS check is highly advantageous If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, and you have your own transport, a current or previous DBS, and can start immediately - please apply today for consideration!
