Client Services Coordinator Cardiff To £28,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and growing organisation working with some of the UK’s leading brands. We are looking for an organised and proactive Client Services Coordinator to support a busy team and a portfolio of customer accounts. You will coordinate day-to-day activity between customers, suppliers and internal teams, helping to ensure a high level of service and smooth account operations. Key Responsibilities * Support key customer accounts and build strong working relationships * Coordinate activity between customers, suppliers and internal teams * Respond to enquiries and help resolve issues promptly * Monitor stock levels and support ordering requirements * Assist with reports, data and operational updates * Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency * Provide administration and coordination support to Account Managers About You You may have experience in customer service, account administration, client services, coordination, operations or supply chain.
