Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Battersea Salary: £46,000 per annum Location: Battersea, London Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts of 6:30am–3:30pm / 7:30am–4:30pm Job Type: Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services and facilities maintenance provider, working on a large, newly redeveloped commercial site in Battersea. You will become part of a structured on-site engineering team, carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a modern commercial environment. This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking for a long-term position with a company that can offer ongoing training, technical development and career progression. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site * Complete reactive electrical maintenance and respond to faults * Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently * Carry out general building services maintenance * Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with relevant compliance standards * Complete maintenance records and relevant documentation * Work as part of a wider on-site engineering team * Support additional works and overtime when required Requirements * Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent * Previous experience working within commercial building services / facilities maintenance * Strong PPM and reactive maintenance experience * Good electrical fault-finding and diagnostic abilities * A proactive approach with good communication and teamwork skills * Comfortable working within a structured commercial environment * Must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available Package & Benefits * £46,000 basic salary * Monday–Friday working hours * Overtime and additional works available * Full HV/LV training provided * Pool vehicle available when on call, which can be taken home * Ongoing technical training and development * Long-term career progression opportunities * Permanent position on a modern commercial site This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to develop their technical skill set while working within a professional, well-established engineering environment.
