Our client is seeking a dedicated Regional Support Manager to oversee nursing homes across the Scotland, ensuring the highest standards of care and management. This Regional Manager role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - 65,000 per year, plus an additional £3,000 Car allowance annually. Our client is a well-established organisation dedicated to improving care in nursing homes. They are known for their commitment to quality and excellence in the healthcare sector. As a Regional Support Manager, you will: - Lead and manage nursing homes across the Central and East Scotland, ensuring compliance with all regulations. - Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs. - Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development. - Maintain high standards of care and service delivery. - Manage budgets and resources effectively. - Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents. - Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies. About You - Extensive experience in nursing home management. - A clinical background, preferably as a registered nurse. - Ability to drive and travel across Central and East Scotland  - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to manage budgets and resources.
