Join Our Growing Team in Bognor Regis Semi Skilled Process Operatives About Us: Component Process & Repair Limited based in Bognor Regis West Sussex is a specialist gas turbine component repair facility. Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, we are recruiting for a number of exciting full-time, permanent positions across our engineering and production teams. We offer the opportunity to work within a unique industry, develop valuable engineering skills, and become part of a close-knit team helping to drive the future success of our business. Working within our production team, duties may include: * Component masking & Demasking * Grit blasting * Fetting and blending * Braze preparation * General component processing activities A successful candidate will ideally have previous manufacturing or engineering experience; however, this is desirable not essential. We are keen to hear from individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the desire to develop a long-term career within engineering. Full training will be provided to successful candidates. We will provide the opportunity to join a new industry and then train to achieve skilled levels within our different process areas.
