Learning Support Assistant | Royston Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time Location: Royston, Hertfordshire Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: ASAP or after notice period We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school in Royston, Hertfordshire on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. The successful candidate must have previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND, as this is an essential requirement for the role. The successful candidate will have: Previous SEND experience - essential GCSEs, including a good standard of English and Maths Experience working with children or young people A reliable and hardworking approach The ability to build positive relationships with pupils A calm, patient and supportive manner Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs Full-time availability, Monday to Friday Availability to start ASAP or after completing a current notice period Role details: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm Full-time Temporary to Permanent opportunity Based in Royston, Hertfordshire The school is most easily accessible by car Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
