We are currently recruiting for Luxury Retail Assistants to support a premium client in a very busy, fast-paced environment. This is a customer-facing role suited to candidates with excellent customer service skills who are confident working under pressure and able to maintain a professional and polished approach throughout a busy day. Key Responsibilities * Providing exceptional customer service in a high-end environment * Welcoming and assisting customers throughout their visit * Taking and processing customer orders * Supporting busy food and retail counters * Maintaining a professional and well-presented environment * Working efficiently during peak periods and managing queues * Supporting colleagues across different areas when required * Ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service About You * Previous experience in high-end retail, hospitality, premium customer service or a similar environment * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Confident working in a very busy and fast-paced environment * Professional, polished and well presented * Able to remain calm and friendly under pressure * Reliable and punctual * Comfortable working long shifts, typically 9am–9pm * Flexible and available for temporary assignments * A strong team player with a positive attitude What’s on Offer? * £16.64 per hour inclusive of holiday pay * Temporary/casual work * Long shifts offering excellent earning potential * Premium/high-end working environment * Opportunity to gain experience with a prestigious client * Flexible temporary opportunities If you have excellent customer service skills and thrive in a busy environment, apply today
